The Magnitude of the Game

The sheer magnitude of the game is with me this morning. You just don't come back from a 24-pt. deficit on the road in a blatantly hostile environment. That is, you don't unless your're the Auburn Tigers!

What an amazing game. We will never forget this one. No matter what happens the rest of the way, this is truly one of the GREAT wins in Auburn football history.

The key was Antoine Carter stripping the ball from Mark Ingram, the ball rolling 19 yards into the end zone for a touchback. THAT was a championship play!

P.S. I was watching the Boise/Nevada game last night but went to bed at halftime. I wake up this morning and see that Nevada rallied to win in overtime. Now MAYBE the ESPN dittoheads will finally SHUT UP about Boise State.

  1. This is the biggest comeback not only in Iron Bowl history, but also against Alabama period. No team has come back from a bigger deficit to beat Alabama.
